Delete your Ghar Connect account

For residents, committee members and watchmen using Ghar Connect

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Ghar Connect and sign in.
  2. Open Profile, then Privacy & my data.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your request goes to your building's committee and you are signed out. It is completed within 30 days.

Can't open the app?

Email aravindk025@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your registered mobile number and building name. We will confirm with you and your committee, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your login, profile, phone number and email, directory entry, notification tokens, vehicles you registered and your consent records.

Kept by your association: bills and verified payment records for your flat, which the association needs for its accounts, and gate log entries until they expire (visitor photos are deleted after 90 days). These no longer show your name in the app's directory.
